Football season is back with avengeance...do you know how to stretch properly?

Stretches seem to be in faashion one season and out the next. Overall it is better to warm up with some gentle jogging and then move the joints through greater range by slowly coaxing the muslce to extend further thereby enabling extra "reach" rather than feeling a tear.

Lets discuss what you already do and how I can perhaps improve it.

The same applies as to whether you are a keen runner, play rugby, tennis, cricket and preparing for the ski-ing season.
