Contact Us Web Forms
We provide contact forms on our website. This allows visitors to the website to request that we contact them. The personal data that is collected is the visitor's name, email address and phone number. This data is logged and emailed to clinic@wirralsportsmedicine.com.
If the visitor subsequently becomes our customer that data is stored and retained, otherwise it is deleted after 30 days.
Our Customers and Users of our Services
Obviously, we must hold the details of our customers in order that we can provide them our services.
We will never share your contact details with anyone else unless you give us permission to do so.
